Further to Glorious Creation Ltd.'s news releases dated Feb. 14, 2024, and May 30, 2024, its common shares have been approved for relisting on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the CSE) and it has changed its name to Mustang Energy Corp. The shares will commence trading on the CSE as of market open on June 10, 2024, under the symbol MEC. In connection with the name change, the company's new Cusip will be 6281U100 and the new ISIN will be CA62821U1003.
